I am passionate about helping companies prepare the most wholesome and delicious products to nourish people and the planet.

My special ingredient is the ability to transfer my passion for food and culinary craft into inspiration for all the teams I work with

       – a true asset to food professionals and businesses!

 

             I am a highly respected, strategic R&D leader with a history of accomplishments spanning CPG, restaurant, global food service, baking, education, and home meal delivery. Additionally, as one   of only 70 Master Chefs, I am a consummate professional in culinary arts. I served as Professor and Dean at the Culinary Institute of America for 15 years, am an active member of the American  Culinary Federation (ACF) and Research Chefs Association (RCA) and a Facilitator for the Master Chef exam.

 

          As a Servant leader, I work to model respect and inspire trust. I am an inspirational, collaborative and a proven leader, building diverse, high-performing Culinary, Research &  Development teams, which have produced highly successful product launches at companies such as Campbell and most recently with Freshly.
