I was an active working Chef for 25+ years. After graduating culinary school I worked as a line chef, hold positions in fine dining restaurants and hotels. Eventually, traveling to Switzerland where I worked for two years. Eventually, I worked earned the roll of Executive Chef and held roles in hotels, resorts and ultimately opened my own fine dining restaurant and successfully operated it for eight years.
In my current position, I am a territory sales manager and culinary expert for a foodservice manufacturer. I have been instrumental in developing and creating customer-based relationships to promote Quality Foodservice Oil Products.
I have a diverse background and have developed my skills over a successful career. I am offering my expertise to young culinarians and anyone who wants to work in the foodservice business.
