I've been in industry for 26 years, formally, but if you count the requisite teenage fast food period and catering side hustle days, it's more like 35! This is my second career after being in the insurance industry for 10 years and it is my home. I am happier cooking for others than I am almost any other time! I'm married to a bartender (nice pairing!) and have two amazing children, one of which has entered the culinary world, bless his heart! I am the Director of Food Service for a large direct selling company and have THE best crew of cooks and service-professionals EVER!
