I was First involved with the ACF in the mid 80's as a Culinary Student. Since then I grew in the Industry and left it to do retail and then to sales.
I am a Master Meat Crafter (University of Wisconsin- Madison)
A few years back I made my way back to Milwaukee Chapter of the ACF. I took on the role of Membership Chair. Was the Chef of the Year in 2019 and became President in 2020.
We are making big strides in Milwaukee on making the ACF the place for Chefs and Cooks to be again
