Effie was born and raised in Nigeria by Greek parents. Her journey of gourmet cuisine started right there in the Delta of Niger river, where the spices are strong and the fruits are amazing. Los Angeles and Athens, Greece were the cities to start her professional culinary journey. Her cooking and the arts reflect directly to the presentation her dishes and her cheese, fruit and vegetable carvings during special culinary events.
