I am Consistently successful in Food Cost Analysis and Budget Maintenance; I have never met a Budget I couldn't meet! I've trained culinary teams of 5-20 to produce consistently good food to guests, and with excitement and enthusiasm. I've served with ACF colleagues in charitable and professional organizations; I have been recognized with ACF National Leadership Awards.
