I am a Culinary Professional, currently employed at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta Georgia home of the Fed Ex Cup and Tour Championship and previously employed for 20 years at Arnold Palmer's’ Bay Hill Country Club & Lodge Orlando, Fl. I am driven by high standards, integrity, teamwork, and professionalism. I also hold the American Culinary Federation Atlanta Chef Association Board position as President. My back ground includes casual and fine dining restaurants, excelling in food service communication, mentoring, teaching others to grow in their love for food and culinary arts and become leaders in the culinary industry.
