Gabriel Rosado, CEC is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute (formally The Cooking & Hospitality Institute of Chicago, CHIC). Chef Rosado is currently the Executive Chef and Director of Hospitality & Nutrition Services at Community Healthcare System’s Hartsfield Village Retirement Community. Chef Rosado is also the Vice President of ACF Chefs of Northwest Indiana Chapter and is an Adjunct Culinary Instructor for Ivy Tech Community College. Chef Rosado has a background consisting of 5-Star Hotels, Country Clubs, Casual & Fine Dining Restaurants and of course Healthcare.
