I recently retired from teaching baking and pastry arts after 50 years in the hospitality industry.
I have competed in many pastry competitions and am an evaluator/mentor for ACF certification practical exams.
My specialties involved chocolate and sugar art.
Since retiring I have continued to be involved with sculpting, photography, writing, hiking, baking.
