Owner/Pastry Chef of The Dotted Lime restaurant in Columbia, TN.
Chef Chrissy has worked for years to “raise the bar” of expectation of gluten-free and allergen-free bakery goods so that diners will expect to enjoy the same level of quality and taste as their gluten-eating friends and family.
Together with her chef husband, Paul, and their 13 children, she opened the fast-casual restaurant, The Dotted Lime, in traditionally “meat & three” Columbia, TN. There, diners with celiac and food allergies finally had a place where they could share a meal with loved ones without stress or fear.
The restaurant recently celebrated its 6th year in operation with a shift in business model to a cafe and bakery, with an emphasis on manufacturing of their signature baking mixes and flour blends which are shipped all over the country to individuals and retail entities.
Her “Gluten Free That Doesn’t Suck” breakout session at the 2022 ACF National Convention was standing-room-only, and since then has been sought for several private training and educational sessions with corporations in multiple states.
Chef Chrissy most recently won first place at the ACF National Pastry Chef of the Year Qualifier in Kansas, and will represent the Southeast Region at the final competition in New Orleans this July.
